It is a very basic one ladies- drink plenty of water on a regular basis. Water helps to promote younger looking skin, not to mention skin that is supple and radiant and glowing with life.
The constant replenishment of water for our bodies is essential to good health in so many ways. Adequate hydration is one of the most overlooked ways of staying healthy. Drinking plenty of water produces energy, regulates body temperature, builds new cells, eliminates waste and lubricates joints. They don’t call this the wonder drug or Mother Nature’s healthy cocktail for nothing!
Make sure you consume at least eight glasses of water per day. As well drink less coffee and tea. As opposed to coffee and/or regular black tea, drink herbal beverages such as green tea, chamomile tea or jasmine tea, which helps to promote healthy, well-hydrated and younger looking skin. And stay away from too much alcohol and carbonated beverages.
If you find water a tad boring (I don’t but you very well may!) then squeeze a little bit of lemon into your glass and fill it up with plenty of ice cubes. Or buy bottled lemon juice and put a little of that into your water glass. Another suggestion is to drink water out of one of your fancy glasses that is usually reserved for company or social occasions. Maybe if you trick your brain into thinking that you are in a partying mood and that you are drinking a wine spritzer instead of good ole water, it will go down a whole lot easier!
Whatever you do make sure you consume plenty of H2O!!!
